Master George Picard
Master Picard, a 4th generation lineage holder in the Wu Yi Jie He system, has over 40 yrs martial arts teaching experience. He is internationally recognized, co -authored scientific research papers and a text on Qigong. He is adjunct faculty at D’Youville College, Buffalo, NY and director of the Village of Healing and Wellness.
PENELOPE J. KLEIN, EdD, PT
Dr. Klein, professor emeritus at D’Youville College, is a leading Qigong researcher/ clinician/and educator. She started teaching Qigong @ School over 15 years ago. 5th generation lineage holder in the Wu Yi Jie He system.
Elizabeth K.Ward, BS Ed, MS Ed
Elizabeth K. Ward, graduated with a B.S in Elementary Education from D’Youville College ’69, an M.S. Ed Early Childhood Education from Buffalo State College ’83, and an M.S. Ed Consulting Psychology from St. Bonaventure University ’93. She has experience in early childhood education.
William Klein, EdM
Bill Klein serves as an educational consultant for Qi Time at School. He has 30 years teaching experience in the City of Buffalo Public Schools as a physical education teacher. He is currently a Tai Chi/Qigong instructor.
